ADD/ADHD Nutritional Support

ADD/ADHD Nutritional Support

With the unsurmountable pressures on society and our disconnect with nature - we tend to rely on our limited knowledge and have not looked at what the ancients have accomplished with healing. Why is that?

Below are the top nutritionals now for over a decade of recommending, not prescribing, a nature cure.

Personally I have seen such a tremendous recovering in ADD patients that they come back thanking me years later for the work we had done in educating him on the beneficial effects that are as a result of taking and using the following:

TOP THREE NUTRITION RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ADD/ADHD
  1. AFA blue-green algae PEA (phenyl-ethyl-amine) is in a 4x concentrate. Research with ADD adults and children, the PAA (phenyl-acetic-acid), in the brain is normally very low in these patients, compared to a person who does not have attention deficit behavior. CNS (Central Nervous System): the AFA's also calms nervousness and helps reduce stress.
  2. Carlson Cod Liver liquid (lemon), or Nordic Naturals EFA fish oils for brain EFA deficiency.
  3. Focus Factors (Gotu Kola, and a blend of brain enhancing herbals).

AVOID RED AND BLUE COLORS
Red and blue food coloring/dyes in any food, ice cream freezes, or personal care products.
Why? Feingold Study 1970's established that these two color are most harmful to the brain, and ubiquitous in candy, sodas, electrolyte beverages like Powerade/Gatorade, and personal products.

ALSO NOTE:
Salicylic acid is found in high levels peanut butter, turkey meat and to be avoided while in natural treatment for ADD/ADHD. Salicylate's are directly linked to increased attention deficit and the display of outbursts in behavior such as excessive hyperactivity.

MORE TIPS:
Lemon balm good for soothing the hyperactivity. Also called Melissa Officianalis.
Seasame foot/scalp massage relaxing, and has been used for centuries in Asia.

Disclaimer: Always check with your personal/primary health care physician before changing or starting a new health regime.

Please seek the advice of a qualified health practitioner that supports your desire to try something that may work. The above recommendations pose absolutely no side effects and has worked successfully for many, many people who have had no alternative but to medicate their child see no change in their condition.
